    Applications


    Heat-resistant steel pipe: it is specially used in the manufacture of electric heating furnace pipes and other high temperature occasions.
    Acid and alkali resistance: it is suitable for stainless and acid-resistant steel structural parts for petroleum, chemical industry, pipelines and various purposes.
    Furnace components: suitable for making furnace components, working temperature 1200℃, continuous use temperature 1150℃.
    Other applications: Widely used in heat treatment/processing industries, such as conveyor belts, rollers, burners, refractory pads, hanging pipes, etc.; Chemical processing industry; food processing industry; stamping molds, fixtures, tools, gauges, paper cutters, auxiliary tools, etc.; Petroleum, electronics, medicine, textiles, machinery, construction, nuclear power, aerospace, military and other industries.
    Heat treatment
    Annealing: Annealing state at 180~200℃, ≤207HB, indentation diameter≥4.20mm
    Quenching: ≥62HRC
    Density: 7.98g/cm3
