310S austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel industrial welded pipes (high temperature resistance)

The 310S stainless steel is particularly suitable for use in high-temperature environments, for example in applications such as heat treatment furnaces, combustion chambers, boilers, chemical equipment, heat exchangers, and furnace tubes.

    Raw material preparation

Use 310S stainless steel sheet or strip of ASTM A213 / A213M or EN 10216-5 standard.

    Molding

Process sheet or strip into pipe shape by cold rolling or cold drawing process.

    Welding

Using TIG (tungsten pole argon arc welding) or MIG (metal inert gas protective welding). The welding parameters need to be strictly controlled during the welding process to ensure the weld quality.

    Heat treatment

After welding, solid solution treatment may be required to restore the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the material.

    Inspection and inspection

Conduct nondestructive testing of the welded pipe, such as ultrasonic detection, radiographic detection, etc., to ensure that the weld is without defects. Mechanical properties testing and corrosion resistance tests are performed simultaneously.

    Surface treatment

According to the need, the welded pipe surface treatment, such as pickling, passivation, etc., to improve the corrosion resistance.

    Packaging and delivery

Packaging qualified welded pipes to ensure no damage during transportation.
310S stainless steel welded pipes are ideal for many industrial applications because of their excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance. When selecting and using these materials, ensure that the appropriate standards and specifications are followed to ensure the performance and safety of the materials.
